Maida – 2 cups
Paneer – 200 g
Finely chopped onion – 1
Tomato puree – 2 teaspoons
Curd – 1 tbsp
Ginger, garlic, red chili paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped pepper – 2
Whole cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chopped carrot – 1
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 teaspoon
Maiyanese – as needed
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil if needed
Salt – to taste

Method of making roasted cheese roll- To make a roasted cheese roll, first take the cheese and mash it well. Now put some oil in a frying pan and keep it to heat it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds begin to crack, add the finely chopped onions (keep some) and sauté. Now add the ginger-garlic-red chilli paste and mix. Then add the tomato purée and curdled milk and cook while running. Now add the mashed paneer, garam masala and cumin powder to this mixture and mix and fry all the ingredients for some time.

After that, take another pan and add some oil to it and heat it up. After that, add the remaining onions, chopped peppers, carrots and fry them with a curry. After that, add tomato sauce, soy sauce, black pepper powder and fry over low heat. Turn off the gas when the vegetables are lightly fried. Now take a saucepan and put some flour in it. Add a pinch of salt from above and knead the soft dough, adding a little water. Now make small pasta. Take a loaf and take its thin bread bell. Now heat the pan. After that, put the flour bread on the pan and cook well on both sides. Don’t put oil in it. In the same way, make bread of all breads.

After that, take a loaf of flour and put it on the pan and apply good oil on both sides. Remove the bread from the pan and put it on a plate. Now put the mayonnaise and tomato sauce in it first. Then add the roasted cheese mixture from the top, then add the fried vegetables and prepare the roll. Your flavored roast cheese roll is ready. Do all the rolls like this.
