During the summer season, people like to eat cold foods. In such a situation, if you also plan to eat cold, today we will tell you how to make fruit cream at home. It’s good to eat and it’s also easy to make.

Equipment for making fruit cream-
2 cups or 1/2 liter whole milk
2 tablespoons custard powder
3 tablespoons of cold milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

fruit:
10 or 1/4 cup green grapes, chopped
10 or 1/4 cup red grapes, chopped
1 small banana or 1/4 cup, chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 small mango or 1/4 cup, chopped
1/2 medium sized apple or 1/4 cup, chopped

Cream milk preparation method: First, put the milk in a heavy frying pan. Then boil the milk, stirring. Now take 2 tbsp of custard powder in a bowl and add 3-4 tbsp of cold milk and mix well. Do not add hot milk as the custard powder will form curds. After that, shake continuously, keep in mind that there are no lumps in it. Once the milk is boiling, turn off the heat and add the prepared custard mixture. Then add the sugar as well. If you want to eat more sweet fruit cream, adjust the amount of sugar. Now mix continuously while keeping on low heat. After that, the color of the milk will have changed to dark yellow. If you see the piece in the custard, pass it through a fine-mesh sieve into a separate bowl. Don’t overload it as it gets thicker. Now take it out in a small bowl and let it cool completely. Keep in mind that another thick layer will be made over the cream milk.

Method of preparing fruit cream: After complete cooling of the custard milk which has been prepared for it, add the chopped fruit of your choice. You add green grapes, red grapes, bananas, pomegranate seeds, mangoes and apples to it. Then add the cardamom powder and mix gently. Then cover it and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Now eat the fruit salad with cream after it has cooled, as it becomes thicker and creamier. Add whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
