THE Commonwealth Council for Arts and Culture is encouraging visual, traditional and performing artists and food vendors to register for the 39th, 40th and 41st Annual Flame Tree Arts Festival scheduled for Friday 29th April to Sunday 1st May 2022 at Sugar King Park in China Town, Saipan.

Applications can be picked up at the Arts Council office on Capital Hill, beginning April 1, 2022. All food vendor applications must be received no later than April 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.

Thirteen food vendor locations and 40 artist booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flame Tree is free to the public and is the largest annual festival that celebrates the rich artistic and cultural heritage of the Commonwealth. The annual festival puts the arts at their best by showcasing a wide selection of works by CNMI registered and non-registered artists, traditional or contemporary, using different media and offering varied price ranges to suit all tastes and budgets.

The event also features wonderful presentations by local and guest bands and musicians, art demonstrations and a range of delicious festival food for an enjoyable weekend with family and friends.
