Ingredients for making Kachumber-

3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 onion , finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and cut
salt to taste
1/4 cup pomegranate
Black pepper powder, to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder, roasted
1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Cilantro leaves, a few, finely chopped
Mint, a few, finely chopped

Kachumber’s manufacturing method- To make the Kachumber salad, put the cucumber, onion, green chili, tomato, carrot, and pomegranate in a mixing bowl. After that, mix everything well. After mixing everything, add the lemon juice, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and mix everything well. Now add the green coriander, mint and mix well. To serve. After that, serve Kachumber Salad with Panchmel Dal, Aloo Bhindi Ki Sabzi and Phulka for a weekday meal.
