Hardly a day goes by without roti being made in Indian cuisine. Usually, women serve plain roti or paratha with different types of vegetables. But after eating the same type of roti every day, sometimes I crave something different. In such a situation, the best way is to prepare Masala Lachha Paratha using wheat flour. It is healthy and very tasty and hence people like to eat it again and again. So today in this article we are telling you about the easy method of making Masala Lachha Paratha-

necessary ingredients-

– a cup of wheat flour

– Oregano

– cc of kasoori methi

– salt to taste

– 3/4 cup hot milk

– a tablespoon of oil

Ingredients for the spice mix-

– A teaspoon of red pepper powder

– 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

– coriander powder

-Garam masala

– salt to taste

– Dried mango powder

Other ingredients-

– dry flour for sprinkling

– Ghee

– optional black sesame

– Oil

Method to make Masala Lachha Paratha-

First, put the wheat flour in a large container. Now add the ajwain, kasoori fenugreek, oil and salt and mix. Now add the hot milk little by little and knead the dough. By applying flour with milk instead of water, the paratha becomes more flavorful and soft. Now cover it and keep it for 20 minutes. While the dough is setting, we will prepare the spice mix. For this, mix red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and amchur in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Now break a small ball of dough and roll it up. Now dust it with dry flour and roll it in a roti. After that, spread ghee on the roti and sprinkle the prepared spice mix. Now fold it in a zigzag and then roll it up. Now sprinkle the sesame seeds on one side and press down lightly with your hands. Now sprinkle with wheat flour and roll again. Now put the pan on the fire and put the paratha on it over medium heat. Now fry, spreading oil on both sides. Your Masala Lachha Paratha is ready. Mash it lightly with your hands and eat it hot.
