Poha- 2 cups
Onions (chopped) – 1
Chilli (chopped) – 4 to 5
Pomegranate seeds – 1/2 bowl
Sugar – 1 tsp
Rye seeds – 1 teaspoon
Fennel – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – to taste
Standing coriander – 1 teaspoon
Peas – 1/2 bowl
Oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon – 1
Hard sheet – 12-15 sheets
Salt to taste


Indori Poha-making method To prepare Indori Poha, first wash the raw poha thoroughly with clean water 2-3 times. Now after that, put it in the colander and now heat the oil over medium heat in a pan. If the oil is well heated, add the mustard, standing coriander, hard leaf, fennel and asafoetida and add the asafoetida and add a dash. Meanwhile, when the rye begins to crackle, add the peas, green peppers and onions to the pan and sauté until the onion turns pink. Meanwhile, in the poha kept in the sieve, add the turmeric powder, salt, sugar from above and mix well. After that, put the poha in the pan and mix well with the curry. Now cover the pan with a plate for 2-3 minutes and cook over medium heat. After that, sprinkle some water to slightly soften the poha.
