Ingredients for making pav bhaji-
2 tablespoons oil
4 pieces of butter
1 cup finely chopped onions, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup squash cut into pieces
1/2 cup bell pepper 1 cup potato, cut into chunks
1/2 cup grapefruit
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3 teaspoons pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 cube of butter
A bunch of green coriander

For Pav: Butterpav Bhaji Masala

Method of making bhaji- First of all, heat the oil in a pan. Now add the onions with a piece of butter. After that, sauté the onion until golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste to it. Gather everyone well. Now after that add green cilantro with chopped squash inside and mix well then add a cup of chopped potatoes to it. Mix everything well. Add chopped chakunder, add salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and mash. Mix well. Now add the tomato puree. After that, add the tomato puree and after adding butter to it, add the green coriander and cook the bhaji. Finally, mix all the vegetables well. Get your wife ready.

To make cobblestone: Spread the butter on the pav then sprinkle with pav bhaji masala. Now cook the pavé in the pan until golden brown. Finally, serve the hot pav bhaji with lemon wedges, onions and green chillies.
