Equipment for making uttapam-

– 1 cup of rava, thick dardari
– 1/2 cup of yogurt
– 3/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 cup of water


For the toppings:
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 1/2 finely chopped shimala pepper
– 1 carrot, grated
– 1 finely chopped tomato
– 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
– 1 inch finely chopped ginger
-1 finely chopped chilli
– A few chopped curry leaves
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt


Method of making uttapam- To make it, first take 1 cup of Rava, 1/2 cup of curd and 3/4 teaspoon of salt in a large bowl. Now mix everything well. After that, add 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Now leave it on for about 20 minutes or until the rava water is soaked through. Keep in mind that watch its consistency and if necessary, add water to it as needed. Now prepare the vegetable filling by finely chopping 1 onion, 1/2 Shimla pepper, 1 carrot and 1 tomato. After that, add 2 tbsp of coriander, 1 inch of ginger, 1 chilli, few curry leaves and 1/4 tsp of salt. Now mix everything well and now make small uttapams from the Rava dough. After that, place the prepared topping with a tablespoon on it and squeeze lightly. Now add a teaspoon of oil around the uttapam. After that, cover it and cook for a minute or until the uttapam is cooked through. Now flip it over and cook it on both sides. After that, enjoy instant rava uttapam with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.

*Keep in mind that the butter is well melted, otherwise the dosa will become hard. At the same time, correct the stability of the butter by adding water as needed. Other than that, you need to use the vegetables of your choice to make them healthy.
